While I was out

Okay, okay.  I have been lost in the hockey abyss for a while now. We took a trip to McCall last weekend for a tournament and have one this coming weekend in Missoula.  It should be fun.  What have we been up to?  Well...
 * Jazz festival with Jackson playing his trombone.  Jackson played great and even had a solo part in front of many onlookers!

*Lots of Hockey tournaments Coeur D'Alene, McCall, Missoula, Lewiston,  and Moses Lake, Wa. David and I have spent many weekends apart taking boys in different directions.  The weekends we have had together have been very fun though! This year three of the boys are on the same team, but next year we will have three separate teams to juggle.  It should be interesting.

*Ice fishing. Our good friends the Gomez's invited us along.  We had a great time. We ordered pizza and a brought it out to eat while we waited for fish to bite-and they did!  It was really fun. 

*Cub scouts activities for Jackson-he has kept busy learning all sorts of new things!  Pinewood derby is coming up soon!

* Scooter stunt perfecting for Isaac-that ramp of his has gotten a lot of use.  It's been pretty fun to see him use the monster with ease. It has also lent itself to aiding in his popularity in the neighborhood.

*Lots of straight 'A' report cards :)-there were a few nail biters, but everything worked out in the end. 

*Corbin lost 2 teeth-welcome to the toothless club, Corbin.

* Jackson made it really far in his school spelling bee-the fifth round! 

*Valentines Day parties at school-I got to help out in Corbin's class.  We made cookies and all the kids handed out Valentines for their friends.  Can anyone say hyper?

*Corbin's 7th birthday-this kid opted for money over a big party and purchased a new nintendo dsi.  He frequently uses it to take pictures of his family members and draw mustaches on their faces.  Worth every penny.

*Brody is swimming with me every week- we try to swim laps Tuesdays and he does a great job!  He is one powerful four year old.

* Four dental check ups.  Corbin has a cavity-boo. Isaac has eight teeth that are on the verge of falling out!  Poor kid.  Not wonder he is so skinny!

* David took a trip back to Spain without me.  I was sad, until he brought me back a bunch of pairs of boots.  He is now officially out of the dog house.

Yes.  This much can easily happen in the month I failed to update. We are excited to see the weather warm up around here and look forward to a fun summer!  We can't wait to get camping again.
